In this WTF episode I show you how to delay sending a birthday email based on the recipients’ local time. For example if you want to send the birthday email at 8am in their time zone, you can do it with Flow. Watch my WTF episode to find out more.

The two materials I reference:

1.Daily Recurrence trigger https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/flow/run-scheduled-tasks

2. Date time format https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/logic-apps/logic-apps-workflow-actions-triggers
