  • Jon, thanks for this…very helpful. However, I believe this would only work for/apply to "Automatic" Flows (e.g.: "When a SharePoint item is modified"). It seems that different rules apply based on how to Flow is triggered. For example, we have several Flows that are called from PowerApps, and when they run, the connections of the person running the PowerApp are used (which is often – but not always – what we want). There is very little (read: no) documentation out there that clearly explains the concept of "run context" in Flow. It was much clearer in SharePoint Designer (although much more limited).

  • Nice, I hope to do more with Team Flow of Microsoft Flow and Microsoft Teams. 🐱‍🏍🐱‍🏍🐱‍🏍
For create automation, share with teams.

  • I would like to know what “business process flow” if I don’t have dynamics only O365. That’s a video I would like to see.

    greetings from Colombia!

  • I actually use this for when i run approvals in my flow. Instead of having all of the approvals come in from my account, i made a "flow admin" account that handles all of the approval parts of the flow. Great tutorial!
