Whats up friends?!

Welcome back to another video on UI Flows!

This time instead of the DESKTOP UI Flows, we will be showing you tbe WEB BASED UI Flows, and more specifically, How to add users to environments in the Power Platform

Talk about using the platform to help the platform eh?!

  • Great!, but how do i program this flow to run in a dedicated machine? i have one that its been used for gateway and i want to do a process like this but to be executed there.

  • Great….just last week I wrapped my head around SpecFlow and EasyRepro and now you guys release THIS??? But joke aside. This looks pretty amazing. Any information if the Flow then could be implemented into a DevOps release pipeline?

  • You mention recording the steps of providing credentials to log in to Office 365, how does the UI Flow handle using an account with MFA enabled?

  • Awesome video Jon! I hadn't seen an example of using parameters with UI Flow web until this. I tried to get UI Flow web working with F&O back at Ignite, but couldn't figure out how to do parameters 😅

For anyone that wants to dig into parameters more, I just found these useful doc articles:
    1. Create and test your Web UI flows – https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/ui-flows/create-web
    2. Use inputs and outputs in Web UI flows – https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-automate/ui-flows/inputs-outputs-web

  • Awesome video!
In your flow you used a search bar that then filtered out your list so you could click on the entry you wanted… I'm trying to mimic that but since the flow runs so fast the list isn't actually filtered down in time since the webpage isn't moving as fast as flow so I don't only have the one entry and the flow fails.

Is there a way to have a delay command inside of Selenium or what would be the best course of action?
