I have three different environments (PowerApps environments) when I navigate to ‘https://attract.talent.dynamics.com/environments‘, however, I am able to see the ‘Human Resources’ experience in only one of the environments, not the others.
Am I missing some permissions or something? How can I verify this?
I am the CRM Admin security role in Office 365. but not the Global Admin role.

Yo! Annoyingly you will need Global Administrator to see it. The same applied when trying to access environments in Admin.PowerApps you require global to bring in the environment.
