I\’ve created one user for the CRM portal and assigned the required web role to that user. Still I\’m getting the following message when I try to login
\”We are sorry, you do not have permission to view the requested content.\”
Can anybody please advise how to get rid of this? Am I missing any other role or settings here?
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
There is a lot that could be going on.
How did you create the portal user? (invite code?)
Does the web role have an associated Web Page Access control rule?
Can a non-authenticated user navigate to the portal?
What web role did you assign to the user?
