We have this issue “dynamics 2013 On-premise(Last Rollout), Outlook 2016, CRM outlook Client” the client appear grey; the questions are

  • Can I open a ticket to Microsoft to ask about this problem?
  • We are talking about CRM 2013 on-premise and Outlook 2016 is still possible?
  • What are the steps that I have to follow to open this ticket?
